As a Counselling Service Administrator my main function was to provide admin support to a group of affiliate counsellors and my colleagues. I was responsible for coordinating affiliate’s diaries and sending out confirmation documentation to members. I also organised travel arrangements, processed invoices, produced monthly reports and organised departmental meetings when required.

I managed a portfolio of 110 luxury apartments in Cardiff. As Guest Services Manager my main responsibilities were to conduct apartment viewings with potential clients, and assist with the move-in process. This included arranging surveys of all properties and maintaining all records for this process. It also included the administration of client contacts and information, updating records and generating reports for senior management. I liaised with affiliates and agents for our properties maintaining our agent diary and coordinating their attendances and processing their invoices in line with our established processes. I was the main point of contact for all client issues while they were in-house. I carried out regular property inspections and arranged for emergency and planned maintenance work to be carried out at all properties using a trusted list of contractors that I had built up, being sure to inform landlords of expenditure. I also managed the Social Media campaign at A Space in the City, ensuring that all major platforms; Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, are used for brand awareness, sales opportunities and customer contact.

As a reservations consultant I was the first contact for new customers, dealing with an influx of incoming phone calls. Within the busy Cardiff Bay office my duties included taking reservations for corporate and leisure customers. I liaised with external companies to resolve any IT or system issues, and ran regular checks to ensure our extranets and portals were up to date and showed the correct rates and information. I also sent out monthly e-shots to our existing client base of customers and potential customers.
