Middle Market Investment Bank based in New York, Boston and Atlanta. • Led the redesign and launch of www.tmcapital.com, the B2B website of a middle market investment bank. Acted as Webmaster using WordPress to update the site daily with new content including firm research, news and transaction announcements. • Implemented and maintained Pardot, marketing automation software (MAS) integrated with the customer relationship management (CRM) tool Salesforce. • Utilized Pardot to manage email campaigns, optimize deliverability rates, manage lead generation, and create landing pages and forms with progressive profiling to collect prospect data. Used multivariate (A/B) testing, prospect scoring, grading and lead nurturing programs. • Developed email marketing campaigns based on firm’s industry and services capabilities. Data required daily oversight and management. • Responsible for establishing the firm’s annual marketing calendar, including events to attend, sponsor and host internally. • Used Adobe InDesign to format firm research articles ranging from two-to-twenty pages.
