In particular, I negotiate and draft loan documentation, motion picture production and distribution documents, joint venture documents, and sale agreements. I also counsel clients in transactions ranging from ordinary course corporate credits to bet-the-company deals and lifeline loans.Finally, I'm privileged to work with the Alliance for Children's Rights' pro bono adoption program. Together with colleagues at my prior firms, we have completed adoptions for dozens of children and their families.
