My role was Customer Service Administrator. Dealing with customer queries and problems by phone and email. Placing orders, troubleshooting for customers having problems with online ordering system, being in charge of complaints and chasing products that is damaged to be returned, raising credit notes, looking into and solving invoice queries. Also involved in marketing by sending out specific brochure packs and email shots. Mail outs and general admin, filing, archiving etc. Opening new customer accounts and updating the CRM system.

My role was to help with the administration, I made sure customers are credit safe, I did the filing, archiving, and also made sure all paper work is up to date, I did mail out’s and general reception duties.

A very mixed role in the office, all the marketing by phone, email, and post, invoicing and quoting customers for construction, surveying and drainage equipment, taking in deliveries and shipping orders out, chasing payments and taking payments, co-coordinating the service department, dealing with customer complaints.

Malmesbury

My role was to manage the transport department I arrange collections from various NHS Trusts, catering companies, and other establishments such as public houses and laboratories all equipment goes into online auctions and in house sales. I help with the sales admin and on sale days I process the bids and payments. I am also responsible for company vehicles, mots, servicing and any other repairs. I also check the drivers tachocards and report defects.

Chippenham

For the last year, I have been seconded to SebaKMT UK, a key client of PDT. After in-house demand for a service department co-ordinator who understood the products, my experience allowed me to be contracted on this specialist role. Initially the contract was 3 months, though my value through transforming the service department has seen SebaKMT renew the contract three times.My roles at PDT and SebaKMT are flexible, but my core areas of expertise are telemarketing, service and office dministration, and management. At SebaKMT, my skills have been developed across multiple areas, including finance, project and product management, service repairs alongside hands-on warehouse packing and deliveries.
