Ensure clients portals are up to date with fees/forms/coverage areas. Ensuring all internal documentation and tools are up to date. Retrieve Twin Cities housing statistics for 11 county areas. Refine current work processes for efficiency. Rework existing tools and documents for ease of use and functionality. Process timecards and run commission reports. Prep payroll, fill in payroll recap, enter into ADP. Run time off reports and send to upper management. Collections – communicate via email or client portal for past due payments. Run end of month reports for past due payments, document within tracking system. Apply ACH payments within ANOW. Creating training manuals for various processes within the administrative team.Zoning and Delivery Review all reports using quality control standards. Convert files to XLM, ENV & PDF format for submission to client. Create invoices and submit reports to clients. Research legal zoning information and special assessment for each subject property, documents the findings. Enter revision requests within system, work with appraiser to deliver revised report.Scheduler Set appraisal appointments with homeowners and agents by way of ShowingTime, phone, email and text. Gather information about subject properties. Ensure appraisers have all required documentation for the work file. Communicate with clients by way of email and web portals regarding their orders status, due dates and information needed to complete order. Refine and implemented scheduling processes, developed scheduling process training manual. Manage and fill the daily/weekly schedules of 15 appraisers. Show less
