Order Entry & Email BoxThis role monitors the main email box, responding to clients and forwarding emails to the correct person within the company. I also enter new orders into our order management system (ANOW).

I had the opportunity to inspect, measure, sketch, and take photos of the subject home. I identified comparable sales, collected and analyzed data under the supervision of a certified appraiser. All completed reports were reviewed and signed by my supervising appraiser.

I was responsible for working with our clients, and with insurance companies on the status of billed claims. I performed consistent follow up as to the status of insurance claims, billed for newly identified insurance coverage, and corrected errors on previously filed claims. I had the opportunity to help establish and participate in the growth of this new department.
