Ms. Richardson is a Program Manager, Engagement Lead, and Account Executive with responsibilities for managing large complex technology implementations and fostering strong partnerships with CapTech's clients. Most recently, Ms. Richardson has been providing project and program management for a public sector cloud implementation of a COTS ERP platform as well as subject matter expertise and oversight for a digital product implementation.

Program Manager within the telecommunication space focusing on a multi-million dollar platform migration program in the voice product area. I supported the management of communication and relationships with field stakeholders and roadmapped the path toward program completion for the final year(s) of the program by collaborating with executive leadership, field stakeholders, and engineering.

The Associate Manager role, allowed me to perform project management work primarily as a functional lead for our Front End and Website development efforts. I leveraged experiences as a consultant in order to effectively manage five major releases through the SDLC. Most of which encompassed five or more significant project development efforts working under tight deadlines. As part of a federal contract, I worked with stakeholders to translate policy and user driven needs into system enhancements. From two years I was the primary lead on Front End and Web development projects overseeing the SDLC of both functional and performance based enhancements. I facilitated project cost estimation, scheduling & scope control, resource & task management across teams, managing, reviewing & approving project deliverables, escalating risks, and collaborating with the client.During this time I participated in various flavors of functional/conceptual design including batch processing on a java/spring platform, e-process flows for an application based website, e-mail campaigns, as well as UX and responsive design.

Contracted to a large government contract, I performed requirement gathering, design, and testing for the a loan distribution system. This included writing requirements, general designs, use cases, and running comprehensive manual and automated test suites.My focus was primarily on website functional design and testing, using data mining and user experiences to integrate product enhancements/improvements.

Worked on a team, and later solo, to create a marketing plan to increase volunteer participation among 18-35 year olds. Focus of the plan was on Web 2.0 applications and other social media outlets.I created a Facebook Page for the house, including content and functionality. Came up with future goals by staying up to date with web behavior and frequently used applications.

Worked on a team to effectively integrate a new technology into current operations. Problem solving involved brainstorming and extensive research to determine all feasible options and minimize costs.

Worked on competitive analyses for client and researched avenues for new client leads.
