As the head of product at Empowered Education, I led the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative and impactful online education products that empower people to pursue their passion for health and wellness. I'm most proud of the work I did to build a culture of data-driven decision-making and customer success. My team at Empowered Education shown brightest when we had the chance to focus on how to surprise and delight our students in a supportive learning environment. Before Empowered Education, I was one of the first 10 people to work at Trilogy Education Services. The company went from $0 to $100 million in revenue in 3 years. Trilogy partnered with universities around the world to offer bootcamp learning experiences for adults looking to start new careers in high-demand technical fields such as web development, UX/UI, and data science. I built the playbook for student service operations and launched many new functions within the business as we grew, including our financial services team and our strategic project management team. When 2U acquired Trilogy for $750M in 2019, I was tapped to lead the integration.My core competencies include operational leadership, product leadership, team building, and program management.
