Current-Launched the Fly Dance Fitness® franchising program in May of 2022 and awarded eight franchises in the first 18 months. - Expanded digital reach to over 1 Million followers across social media platforms through content creation, digital strategy and community engagement. Such a following increased brand awareness, virtual class and in person revenue, along with a growing community of prospective clients and future franchisees.- Nurtured a positive, upbeat community of clients and fitness instructors alike.- Launched an online virtual class platform to offer clientele nationwide which has now become a successful and permanent source of revenue for the facility and home to thousands of virtual members.-Measured success through use of CRM software and offered constructive feedback to our team in an encouraging, positive and results driven manner. -Developed an SEO optimized website with original eye-catching photo, video, and written content with lead generation at the forefront of importance.-Coordinated event opportunities for the Fly Dance Fitness studio to showcase the various fitness formats offered, build brand awareness, and strengthen the community of clients through performing together in public and touring across the United States.-Mentored and worked closely with Social Media and Front Desk Associates in order to execute high quality, viral content for TikTok, Instagram and other necessary social media platforms.-Launched an instructor certification program for aspiring instructors to teach our formats nationwide.- Received numerous awards such as Woman Owned Business of the Year 2024 by the Greater Sarasota Chamber, Best Fitness Studio by SRQ Magazine and the Sarasota Herald Tribune, and 35 Under 35.
