I believe everyone has got something to offer, no matter what they have done or how they show themselves. My appreciation of this began with my first career choice of teaching where I learned to value diversity. This is also where I gained the confidence to speak to people from all walks of life. This led me to the obvious choice of becoming a Recruitment Consultant. This is where I truly hear peoples stories and help them with their careers. Because I have already understood the culture of my clients business - matching the two becomes easy.My approach is relaxed and genuine - I believe this helps people feel at ease. I have a knack of seeing the good in others and will delve deeper to bring this out. This trait has come from my family rural background where ego doesn't come into play. We were brought up to treat people how we would like to be treated ourselves. I work with Team Recruitment because they all have similar base values and, just like the name, we work very much as a team.
