As marketing manager for Connections to Success, I oversaw branding and messaging for a growing nonprofit with offices in three states. United Cerebral Palsy Heartland provides innovative programs and services for individuals living with disabilities and their families in the St. Louis region and Central Missouri. In my position I worked closely with other members of the marketing and development departments to plan and execute projects that supported organizational goals. Position highlights:• For our 2017 annual fundraising campaign, I collaborated with executive leadership to create a unique look for the campaign materials that I adapted for various digital and print uses. Due to a strategic team effort, the campaign results increased by 112% from 2016. • Created marketing and event materials including monthly newsletters, banners, brochures, ads, invites, digital graphics, fundraising appeals, flyers, stickers, and magnets• Developed and managed content for 6 social media accounts, working with staff across the regional agency to obtain stories/photos and identify ways we could support departmental goals through our social media efforts. • Recruited, screened, scheduled and helped orient individual and group volunteers. • Other responsibilities: WordPress website management, photography, digital asset management, and public relations activities
