Established inaugural Christchurch branch office including location negotiations and institution of entire set-up parameters. Managing a diverse range of environmental management and planning projects by providing environmental, planning and health and Safety services for a variety of clients including Wellington Electricity, Kiwi Rail and Transpower. Completing ESCP’s, SMP’s, RCA’s, CoC’s, H&SMP’s, EPI’s and CLMP. Close liaison with the client, local and regional councils during this time to identify, initiate, problem-solve and establish a smooth transition from consenting through to project completion. Client engagement for procurement of new projects and clientele, in addition to tender bidding, project scoping, pricing and budgeting for both inaugural and subsequent projects.

Manukau Harbour Crossing Project (MHX) and Walmsley Upgrade ProjectTwo similar projects that involved managing a range of subcontractors (primarily Landscaping) and projects as a Site Engineer including drainage, flooding and deconstruction of bridges while achieving a high standard of work with record- breaking results. Working closely with Auckland Regional, Auckland City and Manukau City Councils on environmental compliance and completing CNMPs and ESCPs. During this time I continued my BSc in Environmental studies at both the University of Auckland and then Massey University extramurally. I also completed a number of training programmes which include a Plan Preparers course in environmental and spill kit training.

Dowse to Petone (D2P) Project, To organise and manage all of the aspects of the D2P job. Managing a range of subcontractors (primarily Landscaping) to achieve a high standard of work and under-budget. Working closely with Regional City and Hutt City Councils. Completing CNMP ESCP for environmental compliance. During this time I graduated in BDSN in Interior Architecture and started my BSc in Environmental studies at Victoria University in Wellington. I also completed a number of training programmes which include a Plan Implementers course in environmental, a wheels tracks and rollers licence, and spill kit training.
