Retail Live! programs are condensed half-day Retailer-centric networking events conducted in a casual format, all while being productive and entertaining. Responsible for overseeing the companys third party leasing portfolio, securing new business on behalf of the company, and maximizing the performance of existing portfolio through aggressive leasing efforts. Focus is on achieving exceptional occupancy levels and tenant mix, resulting in increased revenue for the client through strong tenant and brokerage relationships. Additional responsibilities include maintaining current tenant and brokerage relationships, negotiating lease proposals, amendments, and lease renewals and carrying out more difficult leasing assignments such as the leasing of new projects, renovations and redevelopments. Within this role, additional focus is on facilitating the professional development of Leasing Representatives on the team.

Responsible for leasing Company owned Assets as well as Third Party Assignments. Responsibilities include evaluating assets to determine opportunities to increase the asset value, improve tenant mix and increase NOI. Assignments range from Grocer anchored centers to major Lifestyle developments, including inline, anchor and out parcel negotiations. Secondary responsibilities include tenant representation for Golfsmith and Shapes Family Fitness focusing efforts; by locating & securing new sites through market research, site evaluation and letters of intent and lease negotiations.

Primarily responsible for leasing new and existing Lifestyle developments throughout Florida. Responsibilities included conducting market research, targeting prospects, creating and implementing redevelopment/re-positioning strategies for existing lifestyle projects, negotiating deal terms, lease buyouts, and lease negotiations. Responsibilities also consisted of coordinating with tenants, construction team, architects, and contractors from lease execution through build out to store openings.

Responsible for locating sites, negotiating letters of intent, lease negotiations, demographic evaluations, market research, identifying opportunities and implementing expansion plans for national retailers in Central Florida. Tenants represented include: Blockbuster Video, Rhino Video, Cold Stone Creamery, Liz Claiborne, First Watch Restaurants, The Grape, Pollo Tropical, Mail and More, Relax the Back and Trek. Additional responsibilities included third party property leasing and management of existing and ground up retail centers.

Responsible for marketing, leasing, and maintaining strong tenant relations with all properties located on Florida's west coast. Portfolio comprised of 22 properties totaling approximately 2.6m square feet including primarily retail, with office, and industrial product types. Duties included analysis of markets and trade areas, marketing to national, regional and local retailers, new lease negotiations, renewals and expansions as well as management responsibilities. Oversaw junior leasing agent (12 additional properties) and reviewed all leases associated with those properties.
