The Executive Leadership Coach exists to encourage, train, and recruit the next generation of leaders in the women's ministry and non-profit space. Through training, mentorship, resourcing and marketing, the MOPS brand is extended and the legacy of MOPS continues into the next generation. We host dozens of training meetings per month, develop new processes, resources, and initiatives, as well as serve as the first line of staff interaction to our customer base.

My role is to develop the online group branch of MOPS International by growing the number of online groups we have and developing effective and innovative leaders in the virtual space.

My role is to work with local and military leaders to launch MOPS groups on or around military bases worldwide. I train, resource, and support local leaders to connect with, recruit, and develop a robust support program for military moms of all ages, ranks, and demographics. I also interface with military leaders such as garrison commanders and military chaplains to fulfil their mission to support military families.
