KPI's including customer project health, customer satisfaction, and driving value definition for customer KPI's.Track and achieve teams assigned utilisation, profit margin, and quarterly revenue targets.Assess pipeline opportunities with pre-sales and license teams, active in deal proposals and reviews, understanding the customer challenge, and ensuring the right staffing proposals are put forward to deliver success.Acting as Delivery Sponsor on projects, leading communications, escalations and issueswith customers.Participating in the scheduled business reviews, project review councils and resourcing meetings, recommending strategic and tactical plans for growing footprint within a client organisation.Drive creation and adoption of internal processes, methodologies, templates, and tools for standardisation of engagements which contribute towards efficient business objectives.
