In my role as a Solutions Officer, I am providing expert guidance to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their quest for innovative solutions to enhance their business operations. For larger corporate clients, my responsibilities extend beyond advisory services. I share responsibility for the implementation of (recommended) solutions, overseeing every aspect of theprocess from the initial project plan development to the moment when we receive a discharge letter.Throughout the project's lifespan, I maintain a watch over all project phases, utilizing our client's project management framework and employing Agile methodology for seamless daily collaboration with our dedicated and committed team members.

My main responsibility as ICT Project Officer was to successfully manage and deliver the implementation of Business-IT projects within predetermined requirements.In addition to managing projects, I also supported the business with preliminary research and business analysis to initiate projects, engineer requirements, coordinate and support testers during the User Acceptance Tests.I was part of the ICT Management Team and Chairman of the ICT Innovation Team. Within Assuria Suriname I was the substitute for the Business Continuity Management Coordinator.

In my role as Staff member eBusiness I was partially responsible for setting out the eBusiness strategy. I was also actively involved in finding innovative (digital) solutions to improve business processes for Assuria Suriname and help to set up an Information Security Management System in compliance with ISO27001. Within the ICT Department I was the Chairman of the ICT Innovation Team.
