From an early age, I recognized my passion was to help others by building them up. I have always found joy in recognizing an individual's strengths and empowering that individual to find their strengths within themselves. As the EVP at Louisiana USA Federal Credit Union, I have proven my ability to identify, develop and implement efficient solutions to redirect the business's focus and to ensure a positive culture while maximizing revenue, quality and productivity. I have a responsibility to engage, develop and lead our organization's most important asset, our people. I bring over 10 years of operations experience and leadership across multiple industries. Prior to joining the credit union, I was the COO for one of the top in-home care agency for seniors, a DOO for a multi-media IT company, and a Regional Marketing Director for a sales and marketing service company within the consumer goods industry. My love and loyalty to others is what has allowed me to experience and lead businesses, and people, into business and culture transformations.When I am not running the day-to-day operations of a business, my most important role is inspiring my daughter and son to take on each day with kindness, courage, and confidence.
