My duties included building a strong cohort of IAG subcontractors in the Leeds area and in providing training to improve their careers advice services. Networking and linking with other external organisations to improve their knowledge of our next step IAG services in Leeds and building our subcontractor knowledge of partner services through organising.

As a careers adviser working in the college I worked with students aged 16+ to mature students from a wide educational and social backgrounds. I offered advice on further & higher educational opportunities, on apprenticeships and job search. I worked on the main campus and out in the community. I also worked for Bradford and Shipley colleges as an NVQ.
