Coordinate with corporate procurement and outside suppliers and vendors to insure timely deliveries of all materials. Reconcile billing, return materials and miscellaneous shipments to insure vendors get paid timely. • Supervised warehouse staff, utilized WMS to manage shipping and inventory aging.

Responsible for all of the daily, weekly and long term production planning for the Brewing department so that beer production meets the needs of Packaging and Logistics departments. Also responsible for managing grain and raw materials inventories and all raw materials ordering. Work with corporate procurement, the local railroad and various suppliers to order and insure timely deliveries of grain, hops and all other raw materials needed for the brewing process.

Responsible for overseeing the daily and weekly operations of the finishing department to insure final product quality meets specifications and that the product is available to meet demands of packaging and logistics departments. Supervise brewers and technicians. Troubleshoot process/quality deviations and equipment issues, assign and oversee equipment repairs.
