My role as a Customer Services Advisor involved both email and telephone support for customers of our online theory training product www.DrivingTheory4All.co.uk

This role involved taking inbound calls from clients who's vehicles had broken down, or been involved in accidents, and allocating a vehicle recovery operator to assist them.As a supervisor I helped operators with any questions they may have had and dealt with more complex cases.

As a Student Ambassador I assisted staff members by giving talks about life as a student at Swansea University, as well as guided tours of the University campus and accommodation, to potential students of the Business School at Swansea University.
