At Cox Media Group, I work with a team of media professionals to capture audio for live radio broadcasts. I coordinate social media posts on Instagram and Twitter as well as upload digital content on radio station websites for local community outreach events. I have the unique opportunity to interact with hundreds of listeners daily, doing so in an enthusiastic and professional manner to further build brand loyalty and promote each station's market appeal.

I am a content creator who has been able to grow a subscriber count of over 91 thousand followers with over 4 million channel views. I have been able to organically accumulate over 13 million minutes of watch time, using other social media platforms such as Instagram (which has over 67 thousand followers), Facebook, and Twitter to drive traffic to my channel. Along with growing a successful and lucrative platform, I have also started a unique series, which aims to help give exposure to minority businesses both in the U.S. and around the world, in hopes to contribute to the global betterment of these communities.

As a Flight Attendant at Delta Air Lines, I served as an extension of the Delta brand to create high valued customers and drive revenue to the company. Every day, I created memorable experiences for hundreds of individuals and families by practicing effective CRM and conflict resolution skills to promote brand loyalty and a positive work environment. I worked with a team of professionals to ensure that all safety and customer service standards were met. Most importantly, I was able to come to work every single day and put smiles on hundreds of faces!

At NCBC, I served as a Media Coordinator, focusing on soundboard operation and web design. I conducted meetings to discuss weekly production goals, worked with a team of specialists to complete live broadcasts, and solicited feedback from administrators and members to enhance the quality of service. I worked diligently to provide technical support for live broadcasts during church services and events as well as designing and maintaining the church website.

As a Pharmacy Technician, I served members of my community by providing them with the medicine they needed with the customer care they deserved. I worked with a wonderfully diverse group of people to enhance the experiences of those who came to us in need. I acted as a liaison between professionals such as doctors and insurance agents as well as patients. I also worked on various computer systems and used coding techniques to input prescriptions and other information.

Rattler Productions works in conjunction with the Florida A&M University Athletic Department to provide quality news for students, staff, and fans around the world. In this role, I was given the opportunity to write media releases, act as a videographer and photographer for each of the athletic teams and conduct interviews that went live on all of the University's media platforms.

At WANM 90.5, I served as an On-Air Radio host. I broadcasted a weekly R&B and Soul show to the greater Tallahassee area, and also had remote viewers who would listen via our extension on the Tune-In radio app. I prepared and operated all equipment during live broadcasts as well as managed clerical duties such as frequency logs, conducted live interviews and ran promotional ads.

As a News Assistant at News 20 at 5, I was able to assist with many of the ins and outs of news production and live broadcasts. I did everything from camera and teleprompter operation to creating my own news package that was featured during the show.
