Since joining in February 2024, I’ve built our digital presence from scratch, working directly with Jon Bockman to shape our online voice to be approachable, trusted, and authentic.My role covers the full spectrum of social media—daily content creation, audience engagement, and data-driven insights to improve how we reach and serve our customers. Beyond the screen, I work hands-on with local Chambers of Commerce, nonprofit organizations, and community events to extend our impact, including exploring new partnerships to support local causes.Key highlights:• Social Media & Content Creation: I create relatable, engaging content that reflects our commitment to transparency and community, turning Bockman’s into a friendly go-to source for vehicle care.• Public Relations & Community Engagement: From connecting with customers to collaborating on initiatives like Angel Tree drives, I ensure Bockman’s is a community-centered business.• Strategic Partnership Building: My goal is to strengthen Bockman’s footprint in DeKalb and Sycamore through meaningful partnerships and community support.Whether online or in-person, I love seeing how each interaction builds trust in Bockman’s and serves our mission to provide honest, reliable auto care in a way that resonates with our community.
