Lead the Career Peer Advisor Program including creating its mission and vision as well as hiring, training, and supervising student career peers each academic year. Spearhead the Summer Internship Award Program (SAIP) to include managing the application process, leading the selection committee, coordinating payment, and maintaining communication with recipients. Coordinate efforts to participate in 1Day4DU in order to raise more funds for SAIP. Manage career programmatic efforts for the Ritchie School Engineering & Computer Science School such as the Career Curriculum Integration Project. Advise STEM students in their career development.Act as an Adjunct Faculty member for Careers and Leadership course. Supervise 2 full-time Career Advisors and 7 Career Peer Advisors.

Lead the Career Peer Intern program and manage 9 Career Peer Interns. Coach students and young alumni in their development as professionals. Coordinate industry programs and events for students. Act as a liaison between the Career Center and specific academic departments on campus. Manage development of employer relations and graduate/professional school for specific industry clusters. Direct office efforts to integrate key messages for the first year experience.

Coordinate the planning, implementation and promotion of LAA programs and events. Advise the AHSS Student Advisory Council. Serve as a staff liaison to Career Services, Parent Relations, Office of Student Life, Center for Civic Engagement and Service Learning and other campus partners. Manage student AHSS grant/stipend opportunities.

Career Services: Counsel students regarding career planning including exploration, assessments, resume and cover letters, interviews, networking, social media, and graduate school preparation. Create programming and facilitate workshops to educate students regarding the career search process. Housing and Residential Education: Serve as primary resource for apartment residents to resolve issues, concerns, and conflicts. Perform on-call duty assignments throughout the year to manage emergency situations. Coordinate social events every quarter to promote community.

Manage interview scheduling, post positions to local job boards, complete reference and background checks, prepare reports, and maintain confidential files.

Manage all aspects of New Hire Orientation and onboarding including design, implementation and facilitation. Additional facilitation includes transition workshops, management essentials, global mindset and ethics workshops. Design and manage employee events and community outreach.

Manage and facilitate New Hire Orientation. Recruit for temporary positions by monitoring requisitions, creating temp support requests, screening candidates, conducting interviews and hiring temporary employees. Provide support for recruiting activities for full-time employees.

Research company information for the recruitment of prospective job fair participants. Assist in the organizing and evaluation of quarterly campus job fairs that serve over 200 participants. Create promotional materials for students such as company signs and lay-out maps.
