• Responsible for HR operations, talent management, DEI, organizational change, culture building, and employee wellbeing for $8.5 million global nonprofit, with 60 dedicated staff working at the intersection of climate change and equity. • Manage HR staff; provide interim management of staff during senior transitions; oversee all organizational benefits planning and administration, recruitment, compliance, performance management. • Collaborate with leadership and staff based in the U.S., India, China, Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia on HR issues, including office and program start up, ensuring cultural and operational consistency.

Managed allocations and professional development for over 100 Boston-, NY- and San Francisco-based consultants, assuring high quality project delivery and maximizing the utilization of the cross-discipline teams, while supporting consultants’ work/life balance.

Managed staffing, annual performance and compensation processes for a team of 170 Boston- and Detroit-based employees at leading digital marketing agency, ensuring high utilization while balancing client needs and employee work-life balance.

Managed annual compensation process for over 900 employees of global management consulting firm, including overall project management, data analysis, and salary and bonus scales creation and maintenance. Perform extensive analysis on pay outcomes for presentation to senior management.
