Serving as the liaison between the Client and JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Card and Product IT groups. Client-facing member of the software implementations team. Commercial Card, Single-Use-Account Program: Serve as the client-facing implementation project manager for clients migrating from a legacy SUA card payment management platform to a new payment management platform. •Perform analysis on client data in order to provide recommendations on the client migration strategy. •Communicate cross-functionally with the client’s Business, Finance, and IT Departments•Weekly meeting with program manager and product teams to provide product feedback during the development of the interim software and the target state platform development. •Support the client with the new platform pre- and post- migration, providing training, and troubleshooting. Commercial Card- Data Extraction Utilities: Client facing business analyst for migrating clients to a new banking platform, including high-touch/high spend and complex clients. •Consult with Client to understand the integration of the firm’s data files into their operational processes. Responsible for gathering business and technical requirements which included understanding the client’s business process, business use, data flow, and needs. •Responsible for creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD) and use case scenarios based on requirements gathered during interview sessions with clients.•Perform user acceptance testing from the Client perspective: smoke testing, regression testing, and live/production testing. •Communicate Client status with PMO including completion of milestones, identifying/resolving object defects, submitting change requests on behalf of the Client, and coordination FTP/SFTP transmission testing.• A member of the Custom Solutions reports/data extract team assisting peers to create unique and complex Client data tools.
