I have over ten years of experience in providing home and healthcare services to adults with disabilities, and families battling illness with a desire to stay as independent as possible in the comfort of home. As the co-owner and CEO of Touching Hearts at Home, I lead a team of compassionate and professional caregivers and nurses who share my mission of enhancing the quality of life and enabling the independence of our clients. I have developed core competencies in new business development, team building, and customer satisfaction. I have successfully grown the Denver Metro branch, winning multiple awards for top franchise of the year, and expanded our services to include private duty nursing and growing to serve clients in Colorado Springs in January 2024. In addition to my role at Touching Hearts at Home, I co-founded Grace Hannah Family Foundation (GHFF) with a passion for supporting and empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals. I work with donors, schools, and community organizations to create a diverse and well-equipped healthcare workforce in Colorado, especially for nursing students and others pursuing critically needed healthcare education. I have developed core competencies in fundraising, partnership building, and scholarship management. Through GHFF, I aim to make a positive impact on the community and the healthcare industry.
