Statewide Uniform Certification - Historically Underutilized Business.- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing/recruiting, screen/interview, offer, negotiate, and close candidates for clients; positions are mainly in the IT area, but I’ve also recently enjoyed working positions in HR, Accounting, Engineering, and Supply Chain/3PL. Companies will reach out to me to help fill IT roles, then after establishing a successful relationship, will ask for my assistance on roles outside of IT. - Effectively recruit active and passive candidates for contract, contract-to-perm, and direct-hire positions. I’m constantly digging for candidates and love to learn to methods and places to find the talent to best fit what hiring managers are looking for. I don’t stop until the position is filled.- Develop, drive, and execute creative and comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces.- Establish new accounts and serve as an Account Manager on existing accounts. “I don’t do sales” is what I jokingly say, but with a great network I was able to make an immediate impact bringing in multiple new clients.
