I want to be viewed as a resource for our clients outside of positions we are asked to work.- Negotiate compensation packages, W2 and C2C rates. Also work with third party vendors on technology-specific projects. Have enjoyed collaborating with other agencies on hard to fill positions.- Train, mentor, and supervise mid and junior level recruiters, and provide on-going training and support. I love to teach. And I love to learn. I have a list of courses, podcasts, certs etc that I’m trying to knock down one by one.- ATS/CRM experience with multiple platforms. I love technology. I’ll take courses on multiple ATS just to see what functions they have, keep current with technology in my field, keep the ol brain active.
