Responsible for provisioning and maintaining the central office and digital trunk interface equipment inventory for T3, T1, and DS0 special service carrier systems in AAIS-DS (Assignment Activation & Inventory - Design Services) database. Working with vendors to obtain extensive knowledge of new technology pertaining to transmission and Switch equipment replicated in M6 Database.

Responsible for provisioning and maintaining the central office anddigital trunk interface equipment inventory for T3, T1, and DS0 special service carriersystems in AAIS-DS (Assignment Activation & Inventory - Design Services) database. Workingwith vendors to obtain extensive knowledge of new technology pertaining to transmissionand Switch equipment replicated in AAIS-DS. * Assisted in the implementation of DEU. * Assisted in the conversion/implementation from TBS to AAIS-DS. * Provision and maintain the central office equipment inventory for SONET fiber systems,(Fujitsu, Rockwell, Telco, ATT, DSC, NEC, Reltec, Nortel), multiplexers (ADC, Rockwell,Telco, Siemens), digital cross-connects (Hekimian, ADC, ATT, ADX, GTE), and channel banks(Adtran, Alcatel, Conklin, Seicor, Siemens, Wescom).; Load and maintain the equipment inventory for switch databases including DMS-100/200, DMS-10, GTD-5, 5-ESS, and DC0. * Analyze and process all CPMS (Capital Program Management System) work orders and trafficforecast sensitive reports. * Meet all work order in-service deadlines. * Inspect the COE module to ensure data integrity in the AAIS-DS database. * Resolve equipment issues for the circuit Design Engineer. * Close interaction with Circuit Design Engineers, Network Engineers, Traffic ForecastEngineers, Central Office Switching Technicians, Database Management Administrators andEquipment Installation Technicians to ensure the work order due date commitments are met.

Supervises of up to eight youth residents and assists in supervisingup to 16 youth in house meeting, daily chores, educational and planned activities;maintains and updates resident care plans for these youth; participates in follow-up forall residents. * Facilitates crisis intervention and problem solving with residents. * Interacts with Casa managers, Therapist and other Youth Care Workers on developments andimplementation of a competency based plan of services for each youth. * Conducts daily house meetings and follows daily activity schedule. * Documents all pertinent activities in the following; resident information board,resident***s file, daily log, incident reports. As well as, in-kind donation, RPA thankyou forms, activity calendar, medical forms, and damage reports. * Supervises and participates in household and meal chores; supervises and participates ineducational and planned activities. * Maintains the confidentiality of all residents and adheres to the professional Code ofEthics. * Maintains direct contact with residents at all times during work shift which includestaking meals with residents and providing supervision during all activities. * Provides information and referral services to telephone clients; answers and assessescrisis calls, fills out telephone crisis sheet. * Conducts emergency intakes with walk-in clients and assists with scheduled in- takes.
