The primary duties included in this job role were entertainment and customer service. I worked on the Activities Team which meant my main responsibilities were to deliver a packed schedule of actives across three age ranges around the resort. It was important to always consider Health and Safety, as well as have the ability to use your own initiative and think on your feet when required. To succeed in this role I ensured that I was always happy, bubbly and approachable – something that fortunately comes naturally to me, and always had a smile on my face! My time at Butlins increased my confidence exponentially; I learnt how to approach other people and be confident and engaging talking to everyone and anyone. This role was a University holiday job, which I continued part time for serval months when returning to my course.Reason for Leaving: Contract Ended and returned to University
