Responsible for the day to day proceedings of the 10,000 square foot facility including team and individual scheduling, equipment purchasing, maintenance & repair, and budget maintenance.Hire and direct a staff of 2 full-time strength and conditioning coaches, 5 graduate assistants, and 1-2 interns per semester.
