Stacey provides financial and administrative oversight of operations and constituent service at Populytics, a population health management firm affiliated with Lehigh Valley Health Network, Allentown, PA. She is responsible for strategy execution, staff management, and product and protocol development to support market share growth for Populytics and its business partners. In the specific area of health plan management, Stacey maintains responsibility for administration of employee health plans, ensuring appropriate, sustainable plan design directed at promoting employee health, wellness and productivity. She leads a multi-disciplinary team in ongoing assessment of plan experience, health outcomes and outcome determinants, identification of opportunities to innovate and deploy new strategies intended to enhance those plans. Serving as Populytics' Compliance Officer, Stacey is responsible for developing, implementing and administering policies and practices in compliance with regulations and standards applicable to health plans, TPAs, insurance agencies and health management organizations.From 2018 to 2022, Stacey also had oversight of LVHN Fitness at 4 clinically-oriented full service fitness centers owned and operated by Lehigh Valley Health Network. LVHN Fitness offers state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment, integrated sports medicine and training services, a full complement of group fitness classes, individualized training and fitness assessments provided by exercise physiologists, certified group fitness instructors and licensed massage therapists. LVHN Fitness facilitates healthy lifestyles for members of the Lehigh Valley community recovering from injury or illness, seeking to maintain fitness, or striving for new levels of athletic achievement, in a safe, inclusive environment.
