Led the Change process for the Grant Review Panel (GRP) Visibility Project, implementing change across the agency, successfully bringing 500 VIP researchers to Canberra to undertake review of some 3000 Grants, awarding $400 million. The GRPs were conducted in Melbourne for 15 years, so it was a sensitive change for staff and academics alike. Disengaged more than 40 corporate services from the Department of Health since NHMRC became a Statutory Authority in 2006, reducing costs by 10 times from $5m - $500,000 annually.
