In the past, this has included items such as building role definitions and a career management framework, generating an extensive education program, hiring, sales assistance, and additional cross-departmental strategic initiatives.* Heading Macedon’s revenue-generating Office of Delivery Excellence, which encompasses: running a Program Management Office - including developing and maintaining core legal and internal templates and tools, maintaining all sources of best practices knowledge, overseeing training, and managing a team of Business Process Architects.* Identifying new offerings related to the Office of Delivery Excellence, such as change management, process improvement initiatives, and governance, as well as monetizing these roles and activities through successfully articulating to sales teams, clients, and other stakeholders ways in which Macedon has helped solve adoption and governance issues* Leading cross-functional teams in the planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making, measure progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
