CurrentI have a broad-based trial and appellate practice, with a particular focus on the representation of defendants and insurance carriers in civil litigation. My courtroom and jury trial experience are extensive, including the completion of over 60 civil jury trials to a verdict. My practice involves a variety of matters, including motor carrier liability, medical malpractice defense, products liability, premises liability, dram shop and liquor liability, bad faith and extra-contractual claims, and white collar crime. Since joining Haskell Slaughter in January 2008, I have tried a variety of jury cases to verdict, including medical malpractice; retaliatory discharge; breach of contract and insurance bad faith; and automobile liability involving both both first-party and third-party claims.
