CurrentProvide vision, leadership, and oversight of the entire program with a focus on team coaching and development, resource development, building partnerships for the purpose of funding and sustainability, strategically strengthening statewide expansion, and most importantly, providing a high-quality experience for parents and providers. They act as the face of HMGU in system planning on the state level, with oversight of all partnerships focused on expanding and improving the current early childhood system. Responsible for the administrative oversight of all core components of the HMG system model, including family and community outreach, the centralized access point, child health care provider outreach, and data collection and analysis. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in all aspects of child development and family support services, including the ability to assist in training and oversight of developmental screenings. Plan, organize, and direct the program’s operations and services. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise the management staff. Data evaluation oversight to ensure valuable data collection to assure grant and contract reporting compliance, and create regular reports to display the work and highlight achievements of the Help Me Grow Utah system. Provide consultation to staff on difficult cases such as: developmental screening, addressing parents’ concerns, gaps and barriers of services, and systems building. Assure strong partnerships across all sectors of the local and statewide early childhood systems. Work on state level systems building to assure greater partnership and alignment with statewide early childhood efforts. Attend outreach functions, such as state leadership councils and partnerships. Create the program’s strategic planning and goals, and evaluate progress. Maintain and expand the vision of HMGU for staff, providers, and the community.
