Healthcare operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in operations, sales support, project management, and information systems, across various sectors and markets. Along with my people leadership skillset I enjoy and have worked on many analytical projects spanning all lines of business within healthcare. While working with Blue Shield of California for 11 years, I was often tasked with assessing department efficiency and implementing lean process improvements while focusing on team morale. My most recent position was as Senior Director of Member Services for Primasun, a joint venture between Verily Life Sciences and ResMed focused on sleep health. I was responsible for setting up the Operations infrastructure to support commercial and consumer markets. During my time, I successfully led a pilot client program benefiting Commercial drivers and warehouse workers focused on better sleep, long-term health benefits and safety at work. Primasun was acquired by ResMed within 36 months of inception My core competencies include process improvement, customer relationship management, people management, and strategic planning. I believe in the power of a team that thrives on honest conversations, respect, and care for each other, and alignment with the same mission. I am also a passionate advocate for disability inclusion and diversity, and I use my skills and platform to champion this cause.
