-Provide Recreation programs and opportunities for a township with a population of approximately 20,000 residents -Implement and oversee day to day operations of Barnegat Township recreation activities-Plan, organize, develop and schedule year round child- care programs for children ages 3-13-Summer Camp Director for children ages 7-12 years old, held 5 days a week for 6 weeks-Plan, organize, and execute over 10 special events per year hosted by the township -Responsible for managing and requesting a yearly grant and executing $24,000 received to support programs for individuals with special needs-Motivated and coordinated staff efforts to implement new and successful programs to support individuals with special needs -Member of the Recreation Disability Advisory Board -Assist with hiring, training, supervising, scheduling and evaluating over 20 part–time and seasonal employees-Manage and schedule the use of Community Center-Experienced using Edmonds Computer System in order to create purchase orders -Assist with public relations and marketing to promote Barnegat Township Programs
