As a compassionate hard worker I have achieved almost five years of customer service and consumer technology. From working with dementia patients who required total care to survive, to serving people their favorite sandwich, and then making a total career change to working in a bank entrusted with thousands of families finances, I can say with confidence that I have required many admirable skills that would be an asset to any company. Each job required quick thinking skills and tasks that had to be completed within time limits. Time management was important within each of these careers. Diving into consumer technology to be able to support my clients at our bank and navigating a new system was challenging but rewarding assisting customers in the best way possible. Learning quickly, so that I could work independently and help is important to me as well, however; when teamwork is required I work well with others to come to a conclusion that is best for all. I can confidently say that even if I don't meet all requirements for the job I may be applying for, I am able to learn anything quickly and efficiently and love a challenge!

Bank TellerCentennial Bank Sep 2019 - Oct 2020Blountstown, Florida, United StatesWorking as a teller at Centennial Bank led me to have many interactions with helping customers regarding consumer technology , as well as working with consumer technology daily. Our banking system experienced many problems day-to-day that would have to be resolved quickly and efficiently as well as completely correctly because it regarded money. As a teller you have to uphold high efficiency and trust with the customer and within the banking world. Customers regularly had problems with online banking issues that would then need to be resolved through our banking system that would then result in contacting the IT system to instruct on resolving the issue. I am very adamant on resolving any customers issue quickly and with the satisfaction of each customer. The bank required many verification processes and we would work with technology frequently to do things such as wiring large amounts of money, transferring large amounts of money, and ordering and maintaining the bank itself to keep things running smoothly. -
Team ManagerSubway Dec 2016 - Aug 2019Blountstown, Florida, United StatesWorking at Subway immersed me into customer service and what a difference it makes if you treat your customers with care and respect. It means a lot to people when you go the extra mile to make their day easier. I was responsible for a team of four to five people daily to ensure the store was running smoothly and kept clean and stocked, as well as kept inventory to ensure the store was always stocked with food and anything else needed to keep things running efficiently. Subway also exposed me to people that weren't friendly and gave me the skills to deal with them calmly while still taking care of their needs. My personal motto is "kill them with kindness." You never know what somebody may be going through, so resolving that issue for them is the least I can do. Excellent listening skills, time management, and quick thinking were essential to be successful as a manager in a fast-paced environment such as Subway. -
River Valley RehabilitationRiver Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Oct 2015 - May 2016Blountstown, Florida, United StatesI worked as an assistant care worker at a rehabilitation facility helping elder individuals with every day tasks that were necessary to maintain a normal daily life for those residents. I assisted in showering, clothing, assisting with toilet needs, as well as keeping their rooms clean and handling requests from individual residents. I worked with over thirty residents at a time. I was also assigned to a Unit with mentally impaired, dementia, and full range of care patients who could not complete any tasks themselves. This career led me to have strength in fast paced environments, as anything could happen with unpredictable residents and care plans were changed daily. It led me to have endurance, compassion, and quick thinking skills that I will carry into my next career.
