CurrentI am responsible for ensuring the department adheres to all regulatory guidelines. I am continuously seeking process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cost and waste savings. I frequently troubleshoot any issues, utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills to find the best solution. I am a timekeeper, scheduler, and direct report for my assigned department. I work with my leadership team to continue to develop process improvements and take on and/or develop projects to ensure improvements are made. I pull reports and analyze data for quality assurance. I manage quality control and quality assurance for the department.
