I spent six years serving as a Logistics Officer and Contracts Officer for the Central Intelligence Agency in both the Washington, DC area and abroad. During my time with the Intelligence Community I managed critical supply chain movements between CONUS, Europe, and conflict zones. I worked across the federal government, with international liaisons, and inter- agency offices. I specialized in the management of the full life cycle of armored vehicles to include sourcing vendors, procurement of vehicles, parts, labor, transportation, maintenance, and disposal. I have experience writing and managing sealed bid construction contracts between government entities and private sector government contractors. I also wrote, managed, and oversaw competitive, fixed price contracts between government entities and private contractors. I maintained a warrant signing authority of millions.Once I left federal service I stayed home with my children and integrated myself into new communities, activities, and schools after each of our five moves, to include one international move.In Switzerland I was a co-leader for a large multinational women's social association. I facilitated meetings for over 90 women from 30 countries. I worked with an eight person diverse planning team with multinational backgrounds and ethnicities. I managed staffing responsibilities, trained, and vetted childcare. I also presented to an audience of 60 multicultural women once a quarter on topics related to adjusting to life abroad.I am currently teaching middle school courses as an independent contractor. I teach both online and in person courses. Planning, classroom management, and creativity are strengths I have with the current position.
