Responsible for all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of the applications development and analysis function. Principal goals are to develop and manage IT application portfolios for each division within the organization. This includes working with business leaders on the direction for ERP, EHR and other major business facing applications. Will plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of application development as well as provide direction and support for IT applications that enhance mission-critical business operations.

Oversee the planning, design, development and implementation of software applications in support of core business functions. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues in order to maximize the benefit of system investments. Responsible for recruiting, supervising, and leading Application Development team in delivering impactful solutions on time and within budget.
