Responsibilities include all aspects of construction management. Assist all Project Managers/Estimators. This includes planning, developing, negotiating and awarding and administration of subcontracts, purchase orders, invoicing, pay request, schedules for the projects. Recruit subcontractors/suppliers. I am Project Manager for numerous Oklahoma Housing Authority projects. I am proficient in all aspects of Government Contracts. I currently help manage a Task Order Contact at Fort Sill Army Base. As of to date there have been over 34 delivery orders. I attend Bids, Pre-Bids, and Pre-Construction meetings. Ensure all employees abide by safety regulations required by OSHA. Ensure the projects proceed in a timely, safe manner and in accordance to the contract documents and plans. I participate with SBA programs and services and help small businesses do business with the government. I have basic knowledge of federal procurement laws, regulations, policies, and procedure ; working with government entities and prime contractors to support the accomplishment of their business goals; promoting an organization's programs and services through outreach and marketing; linking and matching the needs of organizations (government organizations or prime/sub-contractors) to the capabilities of businesses; and using a variety of software applications and technologies in all aspects of the job
