Job Description:Responsible for assigned accounting and administrative duties to support the accounting, human resources, and other business functions of the company. Reports directly to the VP of Business Operations and works closely with CEO.Responsibilities:-Accounts payable entry and processing of bills and bill payments; audit to ensure accuracy and work with vendors to resolve issues.-Accounts receivable including creating and sending invoices, payment receipt and related correspondence. Follow-up on overdue receivables as directed.-Payroll: Prepare Payroll Reports for entry into P/R System and prepare Commission's Payable spreadsheets.-Purchasing: Prepare and send Purchase Orders to Vendors and send customer's Order Confirmations.-Audit and track benefit enrollment changes to mitigate coverage risks and over/under payments.-Bank deposits and account reconciliations.-Record and track requests for time-off (PTO) working with appropriate parties to finalize approval decisions, update the corporate calendar and audit against payroll records.-Organization and maintain corporate records including payroll, contracts, agreements, corporate insurance policies, invoices, payments and bills for clients, vendors, partners and employees.-General Administrative duties around the office.
