•Manage and execute online banking application strategies to meet business goals and objectives. •Develop annual online banking roadmap and new feature/function implementation plan including evaluations, compliance assessment, regulatory requirement changes, and application enhancements. •Assess online banking capabilities against its primary competitors. •Establish performance tracking and reporting. Create management reports that can be used to measure online banking success and needs for improvement. •Perform online banking product management to include: Monitoring online banking availability, performance, and operations; resolve any issues that arise in functionally and use of the platforms, create, update, and maintain application and maintain risk assessments by product/application, manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders in support of strategic roadmap initiatives. •Initiate, create and develop project proposals and oversee key strategic and tactical initiatives from concept to implementation. Coordinates with internal departments (i.e. IT, Marketing, compliance, risk) and external partners to implement new projects and enhancements, resolve development issues, and ensure a controlled, documented and compliant implementation of new functionality. •Gather market intelligence and research competitive online banking offerings to understand competitive position. Identify and understand new and emerging trends. Propose new features and enhancements to keep competitive. •Develop marketing, training, education, and communications for the ongoing growth of the online and mobile banking channels.•Work closely with businesses to develop personalized cash management plans to assist in maximizing business profitability.
