● Develop, write and update method of process and documentation for QA teams● Collaborate with department leads, project management, marketing and development teams on over 500 projects● Support, prepare and organize a team of 10 for new product testing and regression testing of web and mobile platforms● Create and implement testing requirements, including test plans and test cases, to assure that developed products meet design specifications and are within specified quality limits and standards● Quantitatively evaluate success of implemented projects ● Design and lead training for internal and external teams ● Organize and facilitate weekly team training to identify core objectives and coordinate team members for maximum effectiveness● Coordinate 20 to 30 projects simultaneously across Sears and Kmart web and mobile platforms
