- Led a team that managed a portfolio of >750 award projects with academic partners for virtual AI screening of novel drug targets and hit-to-lead drug discovery. I instituted a strategic redesign of the program, data management systems, dashboards for performance management, and new initiatives that reduced costs and reduced cycle time- In a span of two months, signed 15 new research project partnerships to pursue COVID-19 drug discovery- Leadership team member during the Series B fundraise of $123M and co-author of an approved grant for $2.3M from Gates Foundation

ATOM is a public-private partnership building AI-driven tools to transform approaches to molecular drug design. Founding members include GSK (my employer while at ATOM), DOE’s Lawrence Livermore National Lab, NCI’s Frederick National Lab for Cancer Research, and UCSF. As a Founder and Co-lead, I led ATOM's strategy, scientific and business operations, partnering and business development, alliance management, and project management.

My team of internal consultants managed and delivered strategic business change or operational improvement projects in support of divisional and R&D objectives.

Led cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, development of business plans, and organizational design and implementation.Shaped, organized, and executed meetings for the PTS leadership team of SVP/VPs that set the organizational vision, held the leadership team accountable for achieving objectives, influenced decisions, and delivered on strategic priorities.

Designed and implemented a post-launch portfolio model for ROI analysis and provided strategic business planning, operations, and communications support. Managed project plans, budgets and resource reporting for >80 CMC projects.

I spent six months living in Kumasi, Ghana as part of the GSK PULSE volunteering initiative, through which selected employees work with non-profit partners to affect change in a local community.- Developed and delivered content for 30 computer workshops, trained 150 teachers from 27 schools. - Negotiated Internet contracts for schools and supported an online collaboration of Kumasi and New York teachers.

Implemented resource planning and project prioritization practices; collected and analyzed department and sustainability metrics for bench-marking and to drive decision-making

Led the development and optimization of robust, efficient manufacturing processes as a project process chemist with a focus on innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable improvements.
