I worked over a decade developing relationships while learning to understand best methods for problem-solving and learning. I have designed multiple instructional curriculums for various learners - both in person learning and online. I seek to understand those I work with to develop strong positive interactions and collaborate with flexibility and adaptability to work to a common goal. ✅I make it happen: As technology continues to advance so do the needs of all users. I seek out to learn and understand new tech and skills as they are being introduced with evidence-based data analysis. SME's, and research. I use this to help drive my instruction and implementation evidence-based, equity-focused practices and analyze data to drive instruction and implementation. I strive to understand the world around me by networking, communicating and learning about people and innovative ideas. My favorite experience is when I understand a concept and can successful implement it and the "aha moment" in others!
