Project Mgmt – Responsible to manage complex customer projects from the point of contract signing to handing off to Operations. Responsibilities include creating & getting buy-in on project & communications plans, managing project schedules, quality, risk, scope, and filling the role of single point of contact for escalations.Relationship Mgmt – Responsible to manage the relationship with the end customers – both the paying customer & Operations as well as the cross department relationships - especially with those teams owning inputs to the project.Team Mgmt – Responsible to managing a project team with the goal of implementing a Remote Operations Mgmt solution for new customers; such solutions include a monitoring solution, change, incident & problem mgmt solutions as well as a customer portal solution.
