Fulfill and manage all marketing needs for Capital Granite including: website management, social engagement and promotion, fulfillment of advertising placements, brand management and strategic planning.

As an Assistant Account Executive (AAE), I was responsible for learning everything possible about a client's business products, customers, competition, business problems and opportunities, and I was responsible for utilizing that information in order to help my team meet client needs. My clients during this position were the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL).

As an account coordinator, I supported all team members in all activities involved in servicing the client on my assigned accounts (Travel Michigan, Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Michigan Credit Union League, Aldi, GM Global, as well as past experiences with Saab). I initiated all jobs, both for advertising and other related materials, set schedules, and constantly followed up to keep jobs moving toward timely completion. In addition to being a key information and communication link among all team members, I also assisted in managing projects' financial statuses as well as enforcing the agency's operating procedures.

Capital Granite Inc. is a supplier and fabricator of natural stone products. My father, Randy Wiles, is currently the owner and president of this company. In my spare time, I provide him with assistance working on various projects, helping out in the office, and assisting with sales.

The objective of the FMI Insurance Intern Program is to offer qualified College/University students interested in pursuing a career in the insurance industry, a short term (summer) pre-professional work experience in the field of Insurance. Throughout the course of this internship, I was able to gain valuable industry work experience in the areas of Property and Casualty claims and underwriting.

While employed at Dorinco Reinsurance, I completed various tasks such as: voucher preparation for payments, scanning documents, filing, mail distribution, and various projects.

While employed at Frankenmuth Mutual, I began as an Audit Associate Co-op in 2007 and over the course of time, I eventually became a part-time Audit Technician. As an Audit Associate, I had various duties and responsibilities such as the following: Ordering audits of all types according to defined guidelines, updating the PC tracking database for audits, inspections and loss control surveys, produced needed memos, handled requests to produce reports, prepared and processed audit worksheets for mailing on all lines of business, performed expense reporting, audit verification, handling switchboards and phone calls, and working on various projects. As an Audit Technician, I had various duties and responsibilities such as the following: Automated and Manual Rating for audits, 250/500 Endorsements, and various projects.
