For a subsidiary of LVMH, I rebuilt the sales and operations teams, aligned distribution channels and implemented new training programs. In the first two years, we skyrocketed revenues by 200%; maintained margins and budget.✦ Grooming and leading talent to become top performers and game changers are central to the successful brands I’ve helmed. I’m known as the “optimal coach” due to my passion for talent development. For Gucci Timepieces, I curated the industry’s first all-female team of sales associates, many of whom have become industry executives and senior managers, and credit my mentorship as the reason.✦ Launching innovative products and cultivating deep brand loyalty are hallmarks of my expertise. After the events of 9/11, we honored victims by introducing a limited-edition American Bubble watch. Proceeds from each sale were donated to the Giuliani Twin Towers fund and the watch not only was an acclaimed success, but it endeared customers to the brand.✦ Developing high impact strategies and capturing a competitive edge are in my DNA. A men’s luxury Swiss watch manufacturer sought my know-how to establish brand recognition in the US. After opening several new POS, rolling out lucrative retailer programs and re-energizing the sales team, revenues soared from zero to $20M.
