Provide overall program management for Gilbarco’s new global payment platform. Manage all aspects of the program through a tollgate process that includes product specification, development, software quality assurance, hardware verification, field trial, service contactor training, customer approval, and manufacturing. Lead a cross functional team comprised of software, electronics, and mechanical engineers in daily tasks including design reviews, defect triage, and risk mitigations. Interface with marketing to define customer requirements and Payment Card Industry security mandates. Serve as main contact for customer acceptance for all of the major oil companies for the new payment platform. Develop overall schedule and budget for the program and successfully manage to those plans. Coordinate the efforts of a multinational team spanning three countries and countless locations.
